In order to be eligible for 12status you must have a Delta SkyMiles® account that includes a Washington State address.

If it's been more than three days since you joined 12status and registered for SkyMiles, you should have received an email from Delta with your new SkyMiles number. If you haven't, please follow this link to retrieve your SkyMiles number.

You must be registered for SkyMiles and 12status before you can earn miles. You can do both at once by going here. Members earn one mile for every Seahawks passing yard accumulated during home and away games.

There is no limit to the amount of miles members can earn by joining 12status.

You can check the number of miles you've earned by logging in at 12status.com/sign-in

Miles will be added to your SkyMiles account 48 hours after each Seahawks regular season game.

Please ensure that theinformation you used to register for 12status matches your Delta SkyMiles account information. Please update your membership information in order to proceed.

For 12status account management, locate "Settings" tab at the top right of the 12status.com page.

For Delta SkyMiles account management, please access the My Delta profile management page.

Once miles are deposited into your SkyMiles account they can be redeemed for Award Travel. View your SkyMiles account.

You can redeem toward Award Tickets for any Delta Air Lines flight with no blackout dates.

Miles are easy to earn and never expire.

No, miles earned through 12status are bonus miles, but do not count toward Medallion or Million Miler status. These miles are not Medallion Qualification Miles®, which are based on distance flown and help you qualify for Medallion status. Medallion status is earned through a combination of the miles or segments you fly plus your annual spending on Delta flights. Learn more about qualification for Medallion status.

First, please locate your existing SkyMiles account number. If you are having trouble accessing, please refer to this link. Once you've located your account number, re-enroll into 12status using the "New to SkyMiles" entry method on this page.
